Today was somthing. Today felt like a more tangible in speaking about getting my vision to start. The small goals that I set will really push my goal off its feet. Today we also talked about consensus worked. Even though I have done stuff like this before, I still saw it challenging. With new people, they bring a new perspective. But back on my goal. I want to get dance marathon back and running again for the next year. Should I be the one, or should some one else. That question as been a huge consern for myself. Maybe its my gag talking to me. This is going to be a hard desion to make. I want Dm to grow like it is at other schools; and possibly doing a state wide Dm. Its a long strech but it should happen! I have grown so much here and I can’t wait to get back at UWF, and change the school to a better place. Also we did this simulation called star poet. It was verry interesting seeing all these people try what evere they can to strive to be the top and try there darn hardest to stay there. It shows how much the human nature is so persading to every one.

Today was huge! That the only satment I can make for today! I have never thought that big before! Making a vision is hard! But if you got somthing you are passionate you can always make a vision. The power of one can change the world! But what would happen if we put those ones together? The world will be such a better place! My vision is to improve my school, and give hope to kids with cancer threw collage students. This week so far I have grown so much as a leader! I feel like a new person coming out of this.

Today was a great day. The power of one and the power of all. This is probly going to be one of my favorite days here. Frist we did the chalange course, such was a bunch of teambuilding activities. It made me relize how one ins. Can change every thing. And the the power of all is the best. Also the conversation about peoples inclusive culture and how we need to not only incourage diversity but to inhibit discrimination from the start. I just love those conersations. It make me feel like im not alone!

Wow! Today was great. The first day of leadershape was epic. The car ride to the camp was legit. We were danceing and listening to satilite radio and singing along to our favorite tunes. Now leadershape is awesome. I can always use a good leadership camp. Today we talked about the purpous of a community and its leaders. What defines a leader and how to be always willing to improve on your leadership abilities. This is going to be the best!
